About Us
The name of our company is Satellite Solutions Network, Inc. we’re a retailer for DISH Network. DISH Network (DISH, for short) is a satellite TV service provider. We’ve been in the satellite TV industry for over 12 years. We started out retailing for Directv, a competitor, and then saw potential in also selling DISH. We ultimately decided that DISH Network was a better value for our customers and have been offering that exclusively for many years now.

What we have to offer you
As a retailer we take new customer orders for DISH Network. You'll be offered all of DISH's current promotions plus our exclusive retailer sign-up bonus. A new customer needs a small satellite dish, at least one receiver, and a remote control for each TV. DISH charges a monthly fee for its service and therefore offers all of the standard equipment needed to use their service for free. We handle everything for the customer. This includes scheduling the installation, which is also free.

• Do I have to sign a contract to get DISH Network? How long?
  Yes. In order to get today's promotions you have to sign a 24 month contract. If signing a contract is not possible, ask us about our "no contract" options.


• Is there a credit check required to get DISH?
  Yes. Today's promotion is called DHA 24 and is based on approved credit. The credit check is very basic, and only takes a few brief moments to complete. This can be done on our , over the phone, or on our secure online ordering system.


• What does the price go to after the first year?
  Your sales rep is the best person to answer this question for you. DISH is offering twelve (12) monthly bill credits for qualified new and returning customers. The amount of bill credits available to you varies depending on what programming package you order. You could experience bill credits for $5, $15, even $30! After the twelve months of bill credits your package will resume the then-regular rate.


• If I ordered today, how soon can I be installed?
  We can usually schedule an installation within a day or two of ordering, but in many cases, next-day installation is available. And remember, with DISH the standard professional installation is always free.


• What channels does DISH carry? Do I get my Locals?

• Can I use Google TV with DISH Network?
  Yes! With DISH you have the option to directly integrate your HD-DVR receivers with Google TV using a special set top box called the Logitech Revue. • Do I need a home phone line to get DISH Network?
  No. You do not need a phone line to get service with DISH Network. Certain DISH receivers, when connected to a land-based phone line or a broadband Internet connection, will have access to features such as Pay-Per-View, and Video on Demand accessible directly from the remote control and on-screen guide.


• I live in an apartment complex. Can I still get DISH?
  Yes. If you're renting you just need a simple letter of permission from the landlord or property management (obtained after you order). They usually already have these printed out and ready to give you. If our installer cannot get a signal at your specific location then you are under no obligation.


• I have bad credit. Can I still get DISH?
  Yes. It doesn't cost anything to have our reps submit the credit application to DISH and it only takes a second to find out. If the credit doesn't qualify for today's primary promotion, you will likely qualify for our alternative promotion called Flex24. There is a DISH activation fee, and you pay your first bill upfront, but you can still get DISH Network, and can still get the discounted prices and free movie channel promotion!
